These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the coRefined website at corefined.com (the “Site”) and any related services, content, and forms we make available (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

coRefined (“coRefined”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital studio that designs, builds, and ships websites, eCommerce stores, MVPs and SaaS products. These Terms apply to the public Site and its forms. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, as described below.

2. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and to refrain from:

• submitting false, misleading, or another person’s information through our forms;
• attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
• probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written consent;
• interfering with the Services, including through denial-of-service attempts, automated scraping, or excessive requests that circumvent our rate limits;
• introducing malware or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any system.

3. The Site is informational

Content on the Site - including descriptions of our services, process, pricing tiers, and portfolio - is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer. Any prices or packages shown are indicative and may change without notice. A binding engagement only exists once both parties sign a written statement of work or services agreement.

4. Enquiries & communications

When you submit our contact or newsletter forms, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship. We may contact you at the email or phone number you provide in response to your enquiry, and - where you have subscribed - to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, features, branding, and design are owned by coRefined and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

Ownership of deliverables produced during a paid engagement is addressed in the applicable statement of work, not by these Terms.

6. Third-party links & resources

The Services rely on third-party providers (for example, font and content-delivery networks) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, coRefined and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless coRefined from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Services after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which coRefined is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that location, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
